Moments with God
New Testament Bible Reading Plan
I have recited aloud
all the regulations you have given us.
I have rejoiced in your laws
as much as in riches. Psalm 119:13-14
Do we know His regulations well enough to recite them aloud? Are we soaking in what we are reading or are we simply looking at the words, thinking about other things or just to say we did it?
We need to saturate ourselves in the words we are reading, we need to look at each verse like a precious jewel from God. Rejoice in what God is sharing with you and then imagine you are tucking each verse into a treasure chest as the prized possession it is!!
Let’s continue on our treasure hunt today by opening our Bibles and reading Matthew 19 and Mark 10
But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.” Matthew 19:14
