A Prayer for my Friends

Be still for a while and praise God for His favor, His grace and His
awesomeness. God is able to do the impossible and is always near. He
loves us unconditionally.

Esther 4_13

To each of my friends who will read this post today, KNOW that this prayer is for you! And after you read it, spend some time praising the Lord for His favor in our lives and the fact that we are connected through a great God whose love encompasses us all!

Dear God, This is my friend whom I love and this is my prayer for her.
Help her live her life to the fullest. Please cause her to excel above
her expectations. Help her to shine in the darkest places where it is
impossible to love. Protect her at all times, lift her up when she
needs You the most, and let her know when she walks with You, she will
always be safe.

Oaks Of Righteousness

Isaiah 61:1-3 "The spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has annointed me; He has sent me to bring good news to the oppressed, to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to the prisoners; to proclaim the year of the Lords's favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; and to comfort all who mourn; to provide for those who mourn in Zion -- to give them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a faint spirit. They will be called Oaks of Righteousness, the planting of the Lord, to display His glory.
